Privacy Policy

Current version: March 2026

This document describes the information processing procedures for using the replay analysis website (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

1. General Provisions

The Service Operator is committed to respecting user privacy and transparently describing what data may be processed and for what purposes. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read this policy.

This document does not constitute legal advice; if necessary, please check the legal requirements of your country.

2. What data is included in the Service

Replay files. The Service is designed for analyzing replay files (including those with the .mtreplay extension and related formats). Replay content may contain game data, player nicknames, and other information embedded in the file format by the game.

Analysis Results. Aggregated metrics (statistics, tables, etc.) obtained from the files you upload may be displayed in the browser.

Technical Data When accessing the website, the server may receive standard technical information: IP address, browser type, request time, and the address of the requested page. This information is used for operational support, security, and troubleshooting.

Administrative Section. For authorized administrators, login credentials (e.g., username and session) are processed to the extent necessary to operate the control panel.

3. Processing Replays in the Browser

By default, analysis is performed locally in your browser: files are read on the user's device, without sending the replay content to the server for the main analysis scenario.

4. Saving Replay Copies on the Server

The main page may offer the option to save replay copies on the server for diagnostic purposes. This feature is enabled only with your explicit consent (the corresponding switch).

If you have enabled saving, file copies may be stored on the server for a limited time (e.g., up to 30 days), after which they are subject to deletion, unless otherwise specified by technical settings. The purpose is to diagnose errors and improve the Service.

Without enabling this option, replays for the specified purpose are not uploaded to the server.

5. Publications and Website Content

The Service may contain informational pages and materials prepared by the administration. Visitor personal data is not included in this content without specific justification.

6. Transfer to Third Parties

The Operator does not sell personal data. Transfers are permitted if required by law, or to technical contractors (hosting, infrastructure) to the extent necessary for the operation of the website, subject to confidentiality.

External links (e.g., to social networks or donation services) lead to third-party resources with their own rules.

7. Cookies and Local Storage

The Service may use browser mechanisms (including cookies or local storage) necessary for the operation of the interface, saving settings, or the administrator's session. You can restrict cookies in your browser settings; however, some functionality may become unavailable.

8. Security

Standard data protection measures for web projects are applied. No operator guarantees complete online security; users are also responsible for the security of their devices and account information.

9. Your Actions

You can:

  • Disable replay sending to the server if you do not wish to store copies;
  • Contact the operator with questions regarding data processing (see the social links in the footer of the website);
  • Stop using the Service at any time.

10. Policy Changes

The operator reserves the right to update this policy. The current version is published on this page.

11. Contacts

Questions regarding this policy can be sent through the channels indicated in the footer of the website (for example, links to the community on social media), or by other means if publicly indicated by the operator.
